Korea's most-prescribed polynucleotide therapy — uses purified DNA fragments to stimulate the skin's own repair mechanisms at depth.
Rejuran is a clinical-grade polynucleotide treatment originally developed in Korea to support post-laser recovery and now widely used for skin rejuvenation. The treatment delivers polynucleotide fragments — extracted and purified from salmon DNA — into the dermis via micro-injections. There they stimulate fibroblast activity to support new collagen, elastin and hyaluronic acid production. Three protocols are offered at Amirova: Rejuran I (eye area, $510), Rejuran Classic (face and neck, $850), and Rejuran S (scars and stretch marks, $600). A course of three sessions four weeks apart is typically recommended for visible results that build over the following months. Performed by a registered nurse with a skin assessment included.
