Tribella is a safe, effective treatment which has minimal downtime- usually 3 to 7 days, depending on the treatment tailored to suit your specific needs. The good news is it is also time effective, as it combines various treatments in one clinic visit which usually takes 90 minutes.
It is suitable for all skin types and most skin conditions can be treated effectively with Tribella. We recommend for best results a series of at least 3 treatments of about 4-6 weeks apart depending on the skin we are treating. Results are usually seen within the first 2 weeks with a peak at 6 weeks post treatment, however, you will continue to see subtle improvements for 12 weeks post initial clinic treatment.
We recommend a skin consultation to start with so we can understand your concerns and the history of your skin. This is vital to determine what your treatment plan should be.
The treatment starts with MP2 Diamond polar applicator which is providing toning and sculpting. It uses uniform heat to stimulate the production of collagen and elastin. It feels like a hot stone massage and makes the skin more youthful and firmer.
The next step is using the IPL applicator to deliver heat into the tissues on the epidermal layer. It targets water, blood and melanin. This helps remove damage caused by UV rays, smoking and restores a clear and more even skin tone.
The final step to this treatment is the nano fractional radio frequency skin resurfacing. Prior to commencing this step, a light application of numbing cream will be applied for 15-20 minutes to alleviate discomfort. The epidermal layer is slightly ablated by 190 mirco pins but it allows the surrounding tissue to stay intact (meaning it does not create a global wound). This means faster healing and low risks of infection. It improves skin texture, pores, hormonal pigmentation, acne scars, stretch masks, uneven skin tone and deep lines and wrinkles. It safely does this by triggering your natural healing responses within the body and over time will undo all the damage that has left it’s imprint on your skin.
